Running a creative workspace since the 1970s has taught us what businesses actually need to thrive. Here at Worlds End Studios in Chelsea, we have converted an old factory into something special - over 120 companies now work from our interconnected buildings arranged around bright courtyards. Our spaces range from private offices, to showrooms, breakout spaces and meeting rooms.
Each unit has its own entrance, so you get privacy when you need it while still being part of our creative community.
We have kept the industrial character of the original building but made it comfortable for modern work - think exposed brick walls flooded with natural light from the courtyard windows.
The practical stuff is all sorted: your rent covers utilities, rates, cleaning, security, and maintenance. Our friendly reception team handles your post and calls, and we have an onsite cafe which you can use their catering for when clients visit.
The communal kitchens on each floor mean you are never far from a coffee break. What makes us different is how our community works together.
We host regular events where you will meet the rest of our wonderful like-minded clientele.
We offer everything from virtual office addresses to to private offices, all on flexible contracts that can change as your business grows.
Our conference rooms work for anything from two-person meetings to larger presentations and we have all the tech you will need.
Cyclists appreciate our secure bike storage and showers, while drivers can use our parking spaces.
