The Design Chapel sits in a restored 1840s chapel on Southampton Common, where original stonework meets contemporary workspace design. We've transformed this historic building into a flexible office environment that serves freelancers, small businesses, and creative professionals throughout Southampton. Our main workspace centers around a 5-meter communal table that seats 14 people, with additional seating bringing total capacity to 30 for collaborative work sessions. The high ceilings and restored windows create an inspiring atmosphere that our members tell us helps them focus and connect with fellow professionals. We provide all the essentials for productive workdays: high-speed WiFi throughout the building, unlimited coffee and tea, secure lockers, and phone booths for private calls.
