Über 122 East Road
When you step into The Yard at 122 East Road, the first thing that strikes you is the sheer height of our ceilings - over 4 metres of vertical space that makes even our smaller suites feel expansive. We've recently completed a full refurbishment of these self-contained office units, and we're particularly proud of how the floor-to-ceiling windows at the front flood each space with natural light throughout the day. Our development sits right in the heart of Shoreditch, where media and tech companies have made their home among the area's countless bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. We've kept the industrial character of the building with exposed ceilings, but paired them with warm wooden flooring that gives each unit a contemporary feel without being overly polished. Each suite comes fully equipped with its own fitted kitchenette, so your team can prepare meals and drinks without leaving the office. We've installed showers in the building for those who cycle to work or need to freshen up before evening events. Speaking of cycling, we provide secure bicycle storage in our courtyard, which also serves as the main entrance to the building. We understand that modern businesses don't stick to traditional hours, so we offer 24-hour access to all our tenants. The secure courtyard entrance means you can come and go as your work demands, whether that's early morning starts or late-night project sessions. Our fully managed approach means we handle the building maintenance and services, leaving you free to focus on growing your business. These self-contained units work particularly well for companies who want their own distinct space while being part of Shoreditch's dynamic business community.
