We transformed this historic DUMBO metal factory into something special back when the neighborhood was still finding its identity. The original brick walls tell stories from the building's industrial past, while the massive wooden doors—each one weighing several hundred pounds—still slide open just as they did decades ago. That skylight flooding the space with natural light? It's been there since the 1920s, and we kept it exactly as we found it. Our main floor accommodates 250 seated guests comfortably, though we've hosted standing receptions for up to 375. The space really comes alive during evening events when the brick catches the warm lighting and the skylight frames the stars above. We built out a full commercial kitchen that can handle everything from intimate dinner parties to large-scale catering operations. The bar stretches along one wall with full plumbing—bartenders love working here because they have everything they need at their fingertips. Behind the main space, we converted two former storage rooms into proper dressing rooms. Brides getting ready for their big day, performers preparing for fashion shows, speakers rehearsing presentations—we've seen it all. The rooms have good lighting and plenty of mirrors, plus private bathrooms. What makes 26 Bridge work for so many different events is the flexibility. Corporate teams have transformed the space into innovation labs. Couples have created everything from rustic barn-style weddings to sleek modern celebrations.
