Our Concorde Gallery transforms corporate gatherings and celebrations into something extraordinary - where else can you host 550 dinner guests directly beneath the swept wings of the world's most famous supersonic airliner? At Aerospace Bristol, we've created meeting and event spaces that tell the story of British aviation while providing everything modern events require. The Concorde Gallery serves as our main event space, with room for up to 600 guests at standing receptions or 550 for seated dinners. The aircraft itself becomes part of your event, whether you're planning a product launch, gala dinner, or wedding celebration. Just above, our Concorde Balcony offers a more intimate setting for drinks receptions, where guests can appreciate the engineering marvel from a different perspective. For conferences and presentations, we've equipped the John James Theatre with raked seating for 146 delegates and full audiovisual capabilities. The adjacent Studio Space works perfectly for breakout sessions or smaller workshops. Our three additional meeting rooms - named after Concorde's transatlantic destinations of New York, Miami, and Washington - accommodate board meetings and private discussions. We've partnered with Fosters Events to handle all catering requirements, from working lunches to formal dinners. Every space includes state-of-the-art audiovisual technology, and our technical team ensures presentations run smoothly. Located just outside Bristol city center with extensive on-site parking and easy access to major transport links, we're convenient for both local and traveling guests. The museum's interactive exhibits and educational displays remain available for event attendees, adding an engaging element to corporate team-building days or conference breaks. From AGMs to anniversary celebrations, from product launches to wedding receptions, we provide a venue where aviation history meets contemporary event requirements.
