We built this workspace specifically for creative teams who need flexibility. Our 1,600 square feet spans three private suites in Glendale's media district, where production companies and creative professionals can spread out and actually get work done. Each suite contains multiple internal offices flooded with natural light through oversized windows—no dreary cubicle farm here. The space has this interesting 1980s aesthetic mixed with modern functionality that filmmakers and photographers particularly love. We've set up large cinema displays throughout where teams can plug in their laptops for presentations or editing sessions. The super-fast internet handles whatever bandwidth-hungry projects you throw at it, and yes, we can handle live broadcasts directly from the facilities. Our main work areas come furnished with a mix of sofas for casual brainstorming, proper desks for focused work, and tables that accommodate everything from storyboard sessions to catered lunch meetings. The front room works perfectly for private client meetings or as a separate eating area when you need to step away from your project. We installed serious air conditioning that actually keeps the space cool during those long summer production days. The community kitchens mean your team can prep meals or just grab coffee without leaving the building. Between the indoor lounge spaces and outdoor areas, people find spots to decompress or have those impromptu creative conversations that often lead to breakthroughs. The onsite café saves everyone time, and having a fully equipped gym means some of our regular users squeeze in workouts between meetings. Our private parking lot has plenty of free spaces—a genuine relief in this part of Glendale. Being right off the major freeways makes it simple for crews and clients to reach us from anywhere in LA.
