At Beechdown Meetings & Events, we've designed each of our meeting rooms with your comfort in mind - natural light floods through the windows while air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable, and our built-in projectors and screens mean you won't need to worry about bringing your own equipment. We understand that getting here should be the easiest part of your day. That's why we provide plenty of free parking spaces for your delegates, and if anyone's arriving by train, we're just a short taxi ride from Basingstoke station. Our location gives you the best of both worlds - easy motorway access without the noise and distractions of being right in town. Our meeting rooms work equally well for intimate board meetings or larger training sessions. We've hosted everything from strategy workshops to product launches, and our team knows how to adapt each space to match what you're trying to achieve.
