Four purpose-built rooms and one massive auditorium make Bethel Convention Centre in West Bromwich one of the most flexible venues we've ever operated. Our main auditorium seats 2,500 people and comes equipped with professional sound and lighting systems that rival any major concert hall. We've hosted everything from international conferences to live music performances in this space, and the acoustics never fail to impress. Beyond the auditorium, we manage four distinct suites that work perfectly for different group sizes. The Alexander Suite accommodates 300 guests and regularly hosts corporate conferences and wedding receptions. Our Herman D Suite fits 110 people comfortably and sees plenty of use for training sessions and private celebrations. The Monroe Suite works brilliantly for groups of 60, while the Arnold George Suite provides an intimate setting for 25 attendees - perfect for board meetings or small workshops. Every space includes high-speed internet, projectors, screens, whiteboards, and professional audio equipment. Our technical team stays on hand throughout your event to manage lighting and AV requirements, so you can focus on your guests rather than troubleshooting equipment. We've invested heavily in comfortable seating across all rooms because we know how important it is when you're sitting through day-long conferences or lengthy presentations. Getting here couldn't be easier - we provide over 250 free parking spaces right outside the building, and Sandwell & Dudley train station sits just a short walk away. This accessibility makes us particularly popular for regional meetings where attendees travel from across the Midlands. We regularly host annual general meetings, product exhibitions, graduation ceremonies, concerts, seminars, lectures, and wedding receptions. Our events team works directly with you to configure the spaces exactly as you need them, whether that means theatre-style seating for a presentation or round tables for a gala dinner.
