Dark green walls display our carefully curated collection of classical and modern artwork, while the warm glow from vintage lamps reflects off polished wood surfaces throughout. Our ground floor Stable Bar hums with conversation and the clink of glasses as bartenders pull draft ales and our pianist sets the mood each evening. Head upstairs to our main dining room where Scottish fare takes center stage - we source dry-aged Aberdeenshire beef and hand-dived king scallops directly from Scotland. The kitchen team takes particular pride in these traditional dishes, prepared with techniques passed down through generations. Downstairs, the Old Fashioned Bar transports guests to the cocktail culture of the 1920s and 30s.
