Our board room at Boulder Central sits on the first floor of our Richmond Street South climbing center, offering a distinctive meeting space that breaks away from traditional corporate environments. Since opening in 2012, we've discovered that the energy of our climbing community creates an inspiring backdrop for business meetings and team discussions. The meeting room itself provides a professional setting while maintaining the relaxed atmosphere that defines our center. Through the windows, you'll catch glimpses of climbers tackling our regularly reset routes on the extensive walls below. We've equipped the space with everything needed for productive sessions, and our reception team remains available throughout your booking to assist with any requirements. During breaks, your group can use our ground floor lounge area, where the aroma of freshly ground coffee from our café mingles with the buzz of climbers sharing beta over cake. The lounge serves as both a comfortable meet-and-greet space and a refreshment area between sessions. Our café menu includes hot food alongside cold drinks and homemade cakes - perfect for keeping energy levels up during longer meetings. While the board room requires using stairs (please note there's no disabled access to the first floor), our main seating area and café on the ground floor remain fully wheelchair accessible. We've found that groups appreciate having this alternative space available for informal discussions or lunch breaks. The unique setting often sparks creative thinking - there's something about being surrounded by people problem-solving on climbing walls that encourages fresh perspectives in meetings. Our dog-friendly policy extends throughout the center, so well-behaved, leashed companions can join if needed. For teams interested in combining their meeting with a climbing session, we offer instructor-led inductions and can arrange group bookings to round off your day with a physical challenge.
