We're De Hems Dutch Café Bar, and we've been pouring proper Dutch and Belgian beers in this historic building since Dutch sailors first made it their London home. Our walls have witnessed everything from WWII resistance meetings to countless celebrations, and today we continue that tradition of bringing people together. Our main bar showcases an impressive collection of Dutch and Belgian beers – from crisp lagers you'll recognize to craft brews you won't find anywhere else in London. We serve authentic bitterballen and frikandellen hot from the kitchen, just like you'd get in any proper Dutch café. The atmosphere stays relaxed and welcoming, whether you're dropping by for lunch or settling in for the evening. Upstairs, our Gallery Bar transforms to match whatever you need. We can accommodate 100 of your colleagues for standing receptions or arrange seating for 50 when you need a more formal setup. The space comes with its own private bar, so your group never waits for drinks. We've installed a projector and retractable screen that works brilliantly for presentations, and the wall-mounted TV means no one misses the match during corporate events.
