Über DNA Recruit HQ
Running a recruitment agency from the second floor of 90-93 Cowcross Street means we've created something different here at DNA Recruit. Our Farringdon office sits right above the bustle of Smithfield Market, where the energy of old London meets modern working life. We've set up our space to reflect how we actually work - with six desks that our team uses flexibly. Some days you'll find recruiters here for our monthly meet-ups, other times it's individuals who prefer the buzz of an office to their home setup. The bright, open-plan layout works perfectly for both focused headhunting sessions and collaborative team days. Since we operate as a fully remote recruitment agency, this office serves as our London hub rather than our headquarters. Our people work from home, from co-working spaces across the UK, or sometimes from a beach in Bali - wherever they're most productive. But having this base in Farringdon gives us a physical touchpoint for those important face-to-face moments. The space itself is straightforward and functional - natural light floods in through the windows, there's reliable WiFi for our daily check-ins, and enough room for small team gatherings. We've kept things simple because our focus is on outcomes, not office perks. That said, being a short walk from Farringdon station makes it incredibly convenient for our monthly London get-togethers. What makes this setup work is the flexibility. Whether someone needs a dedicated desk for a few days or we're hosting our monthly team meeting, the space adapts. The local area helps too - there's no shortage of coffee shops for informal catch-ups or pubs for celebrating those big placement wins. For recruiters considering joining us, this office represents our approach: flexible, practical, and focused on what matters.
