Our private office on the third floor of 3 Soho Square puts you right in the heart of London's creative district. Just a short walk from Tottenham Court Road station, we've created a workspace that takes full advantage of everything the West End offers - from the independent coffee shops downstairs to the buzz of media companies all around us. The office itself comfortably fits up to 4 desks, and we've already set it up with all the furniture you'll need. No waiting for deliveries or assembling flat-pack desks - you can move in and start working straight away. We keep the WiFi fast and reliable because we know how frustrating connection issues can be when you're trying to get work done. Beyond your private space, you'll share our kitchen facilities with other professionals in the building. It's properly equipped for making lunch or just grabbing a coffee between calls. The meeting room is one of our best features - it seats 14 people around the boardroom table, perfect for client presentations or team workshops. We find most people use it once or twice a week, and it's included in your rental, so no extra booking fees. The building has that classic Soho character with updated facilities. Natural light comes in through the original windows, and we've maintained the period features while ensuring everything works smoothly for modern business needs. Toilet facilities are shared but well-maintained throughout the day. Being in Soho means you're never short of lunch options, and many of our tenants tell us they love being able to walk to client meetings across the West End.
