Our 1930s printworks building has been home to F.B.C. Clerkenwell since 1983, when my father first converted this space to support small businesses. My brother Hugh and I grew up painting these walls, and now we run the place ourselves. We've kept the industrial character of the original printworks - exposed brick, high ceilings, that sort of thing - while making sure everything works for modern businesses. We've got 40,000 square feet divided into 60 studios, and we encourage everyone to make their space their own. The monthly rolling licence keeps things flexible and covers your rent, business rates, and superfast internet. Our meeting rooms work well for client presentations, workshops, or team gatherings - customers particularly appreciate the audio-visual equipment and how the rooms stay quiet even when the building's busy. The ground floor café serves All Press coffee and has become a proper hub for the building. People often use it for informal meetings or just to work outside their office for a bit. We've also got phone booths scattered around, a roof terrace for when the weather's decent, plus bike storage and showers for those who cycle in. There's 24/7 secure access with our reception team here during business hours to help with anything you need. Being in Clerkenwell means you're right near Farringdon and King's Cross, with Exmouth Market just around the corner for lunch options. The building houses the London Metropolitan Archives too, which adds to the sense of history here. Over the years we've hosted everything from two-person startups to established creative agencies, and the mix creates a collaborative atmosphere without being forced. Whether you need a private office, meeting space, or venue for an event, we've probably got something that'll work.

Couldn't access the Wifi but was able t use my mobile hotspot. Otherwise, excellent venue would definitely recommend

All good but wifi was super slow (4mb) that we used our hotspot for video calls, also there was no water fountain or vending machine and the cafe was closed :/

Fantastic venue in a wondeful location. It is easily accessible with a lot of audio visual equipment that makes your meeting a wonderful experience.
