Our kitchen team works with premium Argentine cuts alongside fresh catches from Snowdon Fisheries, creating a menu that honors both traditions. We char-grill our steaks using traditional methods, while our bartenders craft Wagyu martinis with burnt lemon oil and Margaritas rimmed with chimichurri salt in our cocktail bar. The partnership with local suppliers runs deep - Hensol Castle Gin features in our cocktails, and Welsh cheeses complement our Argentine beef perfectly. The ground floor dining room buzzes with energy, especially during our Sunday soul and RnB sessions from 2pm to 5pm. For private celebrations, our first-floor dining room seats 36 guests in a more intimate setting with soft lighting and copper accents. We can accommodate larger groups too - the entire first floor holds 70 seated guests, while the main dining room transforms for banqueting events of up to 100. Birthday parties find their rhythm here between the clink of cocktail glasses and the sizzle of specialty steaks.
