Gaucho Liverpool transforms the former Bank of Liverpool at 7 Water Street into something rather special. We've kept the best bits of this Grade II-listed building - the original timber paneling that tells stories of its banking past, and that magnificent marble fireplace with the carved Liver Bird watching over everything. Our 200-cover dining room brings together these historic features with Argentinian warmth, creating spaces where business celebrations and milestone parties feel equally at home. Private parties find their perfect spot in our dedicated dining rooms, away from the main restaurant buzz. We've designed these spaces to work for everything from corporate Christmas parties to birthday celebrations, with flexible layouts that adapt to your group size. The atmosphere shifts beautifully from professional lunches to evening festivities, helped along by live music that fills the space Wednesday through Sunday. Our kitchen team prepares everything from scratch - empanadas and shrimp ceviche to start, then our carbon-neutral Argentinian steaks that we're genuinely proud of. For mixed groups, we offer vegan pasta alla norma and whole grilled seabass alongside the beef. The Beef Bar Experience has become particularly popular for special occasions - your own chef prepares an Argentine beef tasting menu right at your table. Sunday Sessions bring a different energy entirely. We serve bottomless roasts with live music creating that perfect lazy Sunday atmosphere that keeps tables lingering well into the afternoon. Our bar team matches the food with carefully chosen wines and signature cocktails that complement the Argentine flavors. We're working towards net-zero carbon emissions by 2030, using 100% carbon-neutral beef and maintaining a zero food-to-landfill policy.
