Our small meeting room works brilliantly for those focused two-to-four person discussions where every voice needs to be heard. The medium room, which comfortably fits four to eight people, has become our most versatile space - equally suited for team presentations or collaborative workshops. For larger gatherings of seven to twelve participants, our main meeting room provides the space to spread out while maintaining that connected feeling essential for productive sessions. We've equipped each room with TV screens and full audio-visual capabilities, making it simple to bring remote colleagues into the conversation. Whiteboards line the walls for brainstorming sessions, and the natural light throughout keeps everyone energized. The air conditioning maintains comfort year-round, and our shared breakout areas give teams space to continue conversations between formal sessions. Throughout your day with us, you'll have unlimited access to tea, coffee, water, and biscuits - no counting cups or watching the clock. If you'd prefer to keep your team focused without breaking for lunch, our catering service can provide a selection of meals delivered right to your meeting room. Getting here couldn't be easier. We're a nine-minute walk from Warwick train station and just five minutes from the town center. For those driving, you'll find ample parking available. We open our doors Tuesday through Thursday from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, giving you flexibility to schedule morning strategy sessions, afternoon workshops, or full-day collaborative meetings.
