Our Queen Anne Drive facility in Newbridge houses multiple conference suites, meeting rooms, IT suites and workshop areas that we configure based on what each group needs. We handle everything from board meetings for 10 people to full conferences for 300-500 delegates. The spaces transform easily - yesterday we had theatre-style seating for a product launch, today we're running cabaret layout for a training workshop. Our IT suites come equipped for technical presentations, while the workshop areas work perfectly for hands-on sessions. What really helps organisers is having one of our team members assigned to their event from start to finish. They'll be with you throughout the day, adjusting room layouts if needed, coordinating breaks, or helping with last-minute changes to your agenda. We include all the AV equipment in our room hire - projectors, screens, microphones, whatever you need - without adding extra charges. The breakout rooms adjacent to our main suites give groups space to split into smaller discussions or use for refreshment breaks. We arrange catering through our kitchen team who can accommodate different dietary requirements and match food to your event theme, whether that's working lunches, formal dinners, or coffee and pastries. Getting here is straightforward with our free car park right outside - we have plenty of spaces so your delegates won't circle looking for parking. Inside, we can add your company branding to welcome screens and signage to give your event that professional touch. From corporate meetings and training sessions to large-scale conferences, we configure our spaces and services around what works for your specific requirements.
