Right in the heart of Bristol's Christmas Steps Art Quarter, we've created HOURS as a breath of fresh air for meetings and creative gatherings. Our 46-square-meter ground floor space combines practicality with personality—dark oak flooring underfoot, clean white walls ready for your presentations, and a lighting system we can adjust to match whatever you're planning. We've thought carefully about what makes meetings work. The underfloor heating keeps everyone comfortable year-round, while our kitchenette means proper coffee breaks (we provide free tea and coffee, including dairy and non-dairy milks). The space comfortably fits 16 people for meetings, though we can squeeze in around 30 for performances or presentations. Our projector, flip chart, and reliable Wi-Fi handle all the technical needs, and yes, everything actually works—no awkward pauses while someone fiddles with cables. What makes us different is the variety of groups who use our space. Last month alone we hosted creative writing workshops, a taxidermy class (truly), several therapy sessions, and a small film crew. The monthly art exhibitions keep things interesting—they're open to the public for a weekend, so you might catch one during your booking. Some groups bring yoga mats, others bring cameras for photoshoots, and we've even had wreath-making workshops at Christmas. The kitchenette has everything for DIY refreshments, though most groups order from the cafés literally on our doorstep in Colston Yard—they'll deliver straight to us. We're a short walk from Bristol Bus Station, making those out-of-town attendees happy. The toilet includes a shower, handy for anyone cycling in or heading somewhere after. Our upstairs spaces and terrace occasionally open up for film shoots, offering those sprawling Bristol city views directors love. But mostly, we're here as your reliable, flexible meeting space that actually delivers what you need.

HOURS was the perfect venue for my off-site meeting, the technology all worked, and Sophie was kind enough to provide dairy/non-dairy milks. Will definitely use the space again in the future!
