Georgian sunlight streams through our tall windows at House of St John's, where we've transformed a Grade I-listed building on Queen Square into Bath's most distinctive meeting venue. Our team takes pride in maintaining this historic space while equipping it with everything modern businesses need - from ultra-fast broadband to state-of-the-art AV equipment that actually works when you need it. We've designed two primary meeting spaces here. The Whittington Suite comfortably seats 30 people and works brilliantly for board meetings, training sessions, or corporate presentations. For smaller strategy sessions or interviews, our Fitzwarren Room creates the perfect environment for up to 12 participants. Both rooms benefit from abundant natural light that keeps everyone alert and engaged throughout the day. What sets us apart is how we've woven modern functionality into the building's Georgian bones. Our private members' bar and breakout spaces give your attendees somewhere proper to network during breaks, while our partnerships with local caterers mean the working lunch actually enhances your meeting rather than disrupting it. The experienced events team here handles the technical details, so you can focus on your agenda. Getting here couldn't be simpler - we're a 10-minute walk from Bath Spa train station, with Charlotte Street Car Park nearby for those driving in. An excellent venue, very well-equipped and with easy, friendly check-in. It got me out of a hole when I urgently needed a smart, quiet space from which to run a Zoom workshop - and as a bonus, it's a beautiful old house very smartly done up!
