We've crafted our menu to bridge past and present – you might start with devilled liver on toast, a proper Victorian favourite, then move to our barley and mushroom risotto with pecorino for something more contemporary. The chocolate crème brûlée arrives with popping candy, adding a playful twist that always gets people talking. Our patterned wallpaper and vintage lighting create the perfect backdrop for these culinary journeys. The bar is where we really transport you to the West Indies. We make our own liqueurs, bitters, and preparations right here, pouring them into distinctive cut glasses that catch the light beautifully. The Regal Roberts combines Earl Grey-infused gin with vanilla sugar and lemon – it's become something of a signature. Our Grog brings together Caribbean rums with our house-made falernum syrup and bitters, a proper tribute to naval tradition.
