Welcome to the Innovation Warehouse Offices! Our goal is to bring together entrepreneurs, investors and innovators within one of the best coworking spaces in London. Our multi-purpose location provides hot desking, dedicated desks and private offices, making Innovation Warehouse the perfect place to grow. In addition to private office suites to rent, we also offer several small meeting rooms, a medium-sized boardroom and a large open space accommodating up to 70 people for presentations, conferences and networking events. Innovation Warehouse is also conveniently located just 3 minutes walk from Farringdon and 4 minutes to Barbican station, making commuting to the office a breeze.

Situated in Farringdon, the event space has great links to Kings Cross and London Blackfriars. Enclosed in acoustic curtains, the Open Space allows maximum setup flexibility: theatre style or cabaret. It also comes equipped with a projector, speakers and a microphone. Wifi is available for all guests, as are whiteboards and flipcharts. Please note there is a self management policy (self set-up, self clean-up and reception of guests). We only accept bookings of minimum 3 hours.

Office cat was a bit of an issue due to allergies of one attendee. Staff on the desk not very helpful on arrival, no indication we could have coffee, which was paid for in the package. No natural light and room very warm (A/C not great).

We were pleased with the room, - lunch was great!- However it was quite small. Also half the wall was glass and people could see through it and see the slides on the presentation. Not a massive issue and no fault.

All went well thanks, and thanks for your help! The room was perfect (even though it ended up being a different one than what was originally booked) and the staff at Innovation Warehouse were very relaxed and friendly. The location was a little difficult to find, but not too bad!

I don't very often need to book a meeting room, but I will certainly use Zipcube and the Innovation Warehouse again if the occasion arises, and recommend to others.

The venue is full of energy with a very friendly atmosphere. The room is always set up, equipped, clean, well presented. Very good value for money - we tried a more expensive venue (mainly for the superior catering facilities) but have come back to this venue because everyone prefers it!

All was good thanks. We shall definitely be using ZipCube again.
