Planning a networking reception or drinks event? The space comfortably holds 120 guests standing, with plenty of room for mingling. Our generous balcony terrace becomes a real talking point during breaks - guests love stepping out for fresh air while taking in the Edinburgh cityscape. Technology-wise, we've invested in equipment that actually works when you need it. Our 98-inch LCD monitor delivers crystal-clear presentations, backed up by a projector and fully integrated AV system. The complimentary Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without dropping out - something we know matters when everyone's trying to connect simultaneously. The adjoining ante-room serves multiple purposes throughout your event. Our catering team uses it as their base for serving refreshments, while it doubles as a convenient cloakroom space. For larger conferences or company-wide meetings, we can open up Meeting Room 2 alongside this space, creating a combined area that accommodates 200 people. We regularly host seminars, board meetings, training sessions and corporate receptions here. The flexibility of the space means we can adapt the layout to match your specific requirements, whether that's classroom-style for workshops or boardroom configuration for executive meetings.
