Our completely refurbished building offers everything from single-person offices to spaces that accommodate 30 desks, and we can combine offices to match exactly what your business needs. Our four meeting rooms have a bit of personality—we've named them after Sherlock Holmes characters: Moriarty, Alder, Holmes, and Watson. Each comes equipped with projectors, flip charts, whiteboards, high-speed Wi-Fi, and videoconferencing facilities, so you're ready for any type of business meeting or training session. Between meetings, our drop-in business lounge provides a comfortable space to catch up on emails or have informal conversations with colleagues. We know flexibility matters. If you have a private office or dedicated coworking desk with us, you'll have 24/7 access to the building. Our reception team is here Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM to help with anything you need. We've also got secure underground parking, bicycle storage, showers for those who cycle or run to work, and full disabled access throughout the building. The location works brilliantly for commuters—Blackfriars and City Thameslink stations are just a short walk away, connecting you to Kent, Sussex, and Brighton. There's even Blackfriars Millennium Pier nearby for river bus services. Step outside and you'll find plenty of bars and restaurants around Chancery Lane and Holborn. Cross Blackfriars Bridge and you're at Southbank with the Royal Festival Hall, Tate Modern, and countless dining options.
