Pizza dough rises at 4am in our kitchen at Mamma Dough Brixton, just as the market traders start setting up their stalls outside. We're right here in the heart of it all, a stone's throw from Brixton Market and an easy walk from Brixton Tube Station. Our space wraps you in warmth with honey-colored brick walls and filament bulbs casting a glow over wooden tables. The centerpiece is our beautiful stone kiln oven, where we fire up handcrafted sourdough pizzas throughout the day. We make our dough fresh every morning and cook each pizza to order, using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. For parties and events, we've found our rustic setting works brilliantly. We host kids' pizza-making parties where little ones get flour-dusted and create their own masterpieces, and our adult pizza masterclasses have become popular for birthday celebrations and team-building events. Corporate groups book out sections for informal meetings over lunch, and we've hosted everything from birthday parties to work celebrations.
