The buzz of energy from our Chaplin Bar often carries through to our meeting rooms, where teams gather for everything from intimate brainstorming sessions to full-scale conferences. Here at Marlin Waterloo, we've created eight distinct meeting spaces that adapt to whatever your day demands - whether that's a boardroom setup for 12 or theatre-style seating for larger presentations. Our meeting rooms come equipped with built-in LED projectors or plasma screens, and we include video conferencing facilities at no extra charge. Natural light floods several of our spaces, though we do have windowless options for those who prefer fewer distractions. Each room connects to our shared breakout area - a proper kitchen where your team can prep lunch together or simply grab a coffee between sessions. We've found this communal space transforms the typical meeting experience, letting conversations flow more naturally during breaks. Just a short walk from both Waterloo station and Lambeth North Underground, we welcome groups hosting training courses, product launches, workshops, and networking events. Our ground floor is fully wheelchair accessible, something our team takes pride in ensuring works smoothly for every guest. The breakout kitchen has become particularly popular for informal client meetings - there's something about making tea together that breaks down barriers. When evening rolls around, many groups move their celebrations to our colorful bar space. With comfortable seating and ambient lighting, it handles office parties and after-work gatherings equally well. Our bar team keeps a solid selection of drinks and snacks ready. Recent feedback highlights our attentive service and the versatility of our spaces. Groups appreciate having tea, coffee, and water constantly refreshed throughout their sessions. While we should mention more clearly that the kitchen is shared between meeting rooms, most find this setup actually enhances their experience, creating unexpected networking opportunities with other professionals using our facilities.

The way I have been told made me think that the kitchen area is belonging to the meeting room 1, however it turns out it is a shared area. Luckily, this afternoon wasn't busy at all and we managed to use it as we expect. Hope you can describe it clearly in future.

This was a great venue and fairly priced. The communal kitchen was a great feature as we were there for a relaxed customer meeting and this format worked really well for us

fantastic service, great venue and facilities at a good price. We had a wheel chair user in our group and the venue is fully accessible and they were attentive and service orientated to all. Some of the team stayed at the hotel too the night before, again great service....

Our first time using Zipcube for an office meeting space so we were a little nervous but we loved the space and everything was set up exactly how we had requested. We will definitely be using Zipcube again for future meeting spaces

This was a lovely venue for a meeting. The break out area for coffee made meeting people before the start of the meeting less formal.

Besides not having any windows, this is a great space with polite staff.
