The Memorial Stadium has been our home since 1996, and we've turned match day excitement into year-round versatility for meetings and celebrations. Our spaces work just as hard during the week as they do on Saturdays - from board meetings in the Executive Boxes to product launches in the Poplar Suite. We've got four main spaces that each bring something different to the table. The Seat Unique Suite handles our larger gatherings, while the Thatchers & Bristol Bar creates a more relaxed setting for networking events. The CJ Hole Lounge works brilliantly for mid-sized conferences, and our Executive Boxes offer privacy for smaller meetings of 10-20 people. Each room comes with its own character - some overlook the pitch, others have their own private bars, but all include the practical bits like AV equipment and Wi-Fi that actually works. Our events team knows these spaces inside out and will help match you with the right room. We handle everything from morning meetings with coffee and pastries to full awards dinners with three courses. The Poplar Suite is particularly flexible - we can set it up theatre-style for 200 delegates, arrange round tables for a charity auction, or clear it completely for exhibitions and networking events. Getting here is straightforward with the M32 nearby, and we've got parking for 300 cars right on site. The whole venue is fully accessible with lifts to all floors. We host all sorts - corporate conferences, wedding receptions, charity fundraisers, Christmas parties, and training days. Our catering ranges from working lunches to formal dinners, all prepared in our own kitchens. Being a football stadium gives us unique spaces you won't find in hotels - where else can you hold your meeting with views over the pitch where Bristol Rovers play?
