We've built something special here in Mayfair - a two-floor Latin American playground where our Executive Chef Mark Morrans creates Nikkei-inspired dishes that blend Japanese techniques with Peruvian flavors. Since opening in 2016, we've become known for our ceviche and robata grill, but it's the way our spaces transform throughout the night that really sets us apart. Our ground floor restaurant has its own entrance, bar, and DJ booth, while downstairs, MNKY LNGE operates as a completely separate space with the same setup.
