The Victorian brick facade of Number 63 has welcomed guests through our doors since the 1870s, and we've spent decades perfecting the art of hosting productive meetings right across from Hyde Park's Italian Gardens. Our two conference rooms handle groups up to 40 people, and we've equipped them with all the modern technology you'd expect—projectors, screens, reliable Wi-Fi that actually works when you need it most. From our lounge bar windows, you can watch the seasons change in Hyde Park while planning your agenda over morning coffee. We serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and afternoon tea throughout the day, so your team stays energized without leaving the building. Our catering team knows how to time the coffee breaks perfectly—they've been doing this long enough to recognize when a meeting needs a strategic pause. Our building at 63 Bayswater Road puts you two minutes from Lancaster Gate tube station and five from Paddington. We've hosted everything from board meetings to training sessions, and our staff understands the difference between each type of gathering. The conference rooms get plenty of natural light, and we can adjust the layout depending on whether you're running a presentation or need everyone around a single table. Beyond meetings, we maintain nine single rooms, six twins, and a family suite for overnight delegates. Each has its own bathroom, flat-screen TV, and tea and coffee facilities. The Victorian architecture gives the spaces character—high ceilings, original features—while we've updated everything else to current standards. Our location means your attendees can explore central London easily after hours, though many choose to unwind in our lounge bar overlooking the park.
