Über O'Neill's Kings Cross
Right outside King's Cross station, we're the Irish pub that's become a bit of a local institution. Two floors, plenty of screens for the match, and a kitchen that does proper comfort food—that's O'Neill's in a nutshell. The ground floor buzzes with after-work crowds and tourists discovering their first proper pint. Upstairs is where we host the private stuff—birthday parties that get progressively louder, corporate dos where the team actually relaxes, quiz nights that get surprisingly competitive. We've kitted out the spaces with all the tech you might need: projectors for presentations, mics for speeches, and a sound system that can handle everything from background music to full-on DJ sets. The WiFi's solid, which matters more than it should. Being this close to King's Cross and St Pancras means people can actually make it to your event. We've noticed punctuality improves dramatically when the venue's a 30-second walk from the station. The bar staff know their way around a Guinness pour, the kitchen team can cater for groups large and small, and our events person will sort the details without making a fuss about it.
