The basement meeting room at Prime Estate Agents on Brick Lane works brilliantly for teams who need a professional space without the hefty price tag. We've created a proper corporate environment down here - nothing fancy, just a solid room that gets the job done for groups up to about 8 people comfortably. You'll find us at 102 Brick Lane, right in the heart of East London. The walk from Aldgate East takes about 5 minutes, Liverpool Street is 8 minutes away, and if you're coming from Shoreditch High Street, it's a 6-minute stroll. Commercial Street? Just 2 minutes round the corner. Our meeting room comes with everything you need for a productive session. We've got a 50-inch 4K TV mounted on the wall for presentations, plus a whiteboard and flipchart with pens and paper ready to go. The WiFi keeps everyone connected (though during peak times it can slow down a bit with multiple video calls). Help yourself to tea and coffee in our small kitchen area, and we'll have bottled water waiting for you. There's a private toilet just for meeting room users too. The space itself has that classic corporate feel - clean, quiet, and professional. Previous guests have mentioned how cool it stays even on hot days, and the thick walls keep street noise out. We've hosted everything from training sessions and team meetings to photo shoots and small parties down here. The stairs leading down are fairly steep, which some visitors have noted, but once you're in the room, it's actually more spacious than the photos suggest. Our team at Prime Estate Agents will be around if you need anything during your booking. We're an independent estate agency, so we understand the importance of having a reliable space for business meetings. Book the room Monday through Friday between 10am-7pm, or Saturdays from 11am-4pm.

Fantastic meeting room and the staff could not have been more helpful! The room was nice and cool on a hot day, and also very quiet. The snacks and drinks were very welcome. We will definitely be going back. Thank you and see you again soon!

The venue was good price, and the room was an adequate size. The host organisation were friendly. The only issue for others may be steepness of the stairs to the meeting room.
