The old tile warehouse on Armley Road has been transformed into Project House, our 1,000-capacity venue that's quickly becoming Leeds' go-to spot for unforgettable parties and celebrations. Since opening our doors in July 2023, we've watched countless birthday bashes, wedding receptions, and corporate parties come to life in this remarkable space. What makes our venue special for parties is the sheer flexibility of the open-plan layout. The soaring ceilings and industrial architecture create an impressive backdrop, while streams of natural light pour through the original warehouse windows during daytime events. When the sun sets, our professional PA and lighting system transforms the space – our in-house production team knows exactly how to set the mood, whether you're after a relaxed gathering or a full-on dance floor experience. The outdoor area has become a real crowd-pleaser, especially for summer parties. Guests naturally spill out onto this spacious terrace, creating those perfect indoor-outdoor flow moments that make events feel effortless. Our catering partner, Galleria, handles everything from casual buffets to formal dining, working with fresh, seasonal ingredients that they'll adapt to your budget and party style. We've hosted everything here – milestone birthdays with live bands, wedding receptions that dance until dawn, award ceremonies with hundreds of guests, and intimate gatherings that use just a portion of our versatile space.
