Big screens, cold beer, and two floors of pure Cardiff energy - that's what we're about at Proud Mary Pub. Right here on St Mary Street, we've turned a massive 950-person space into the kind of place where British pub tradition crashes into German beer hall spirit, and somehow it just works. We built this place across two floors with four separate bars because nobody likes queuing for drinks when the match is on. Speaking of which, we've got 16 screens scattered throughout - you won't miss a goal, try, or wicket from any corner. Our kitchen stays busy pumping out proper pub food: loaded burgers, fresh pizzas, and all the classics that actually taste like they should. The beer selection runs from local craft brews to German lagers, plus cocktails for those who fancy something different. Weekends get loud here. We bring in local bands for live music every Friday and Saturday, and the place properly comes alive. During the week, we're the go-to spot for after-work drinks, sports nights, and everything in between. We keep the doors open until 2am Sunday through Thursday, pushing it to 3am on Friday and Saturday nights. For parties, we've got private spaces that work brilliantly for birthdays, hen dos, stag parties, or company events. Our bottomless brunch has become something of a Cardiff institution - two hours of unlimited drinks paired with a full meal. The whole venue can accommodate up to 500 for private hire, though we regularly handle groups of all sizes. We open at noon every day because sometimes you need a pint and a burger before the sun goes down. Whether you're here for the football, the music, or just a proper night out in Cardiff, we've got the space, the atmosphere, and definitely the drinks to make it happen.
