Whether you need a compact 600 sq. ft. lab suite to get started or require up to 2,100 sq. ft. for expanding operations, we can accommodate your exact specifications. The third floor is particularly impressive - a completely self-contained unit spanning over 11,200 sq. ft. that includes dedicated lab space, write-up areas, offices, communications facilities, and breakout spaces where your team can collaborate. We understand that scientific work requires specialized infrastructure, which is why we maintain a shared facilities room equipped with an autoclave, glass washer, and ice machine. For presentations and larger gatherings, you'll have access to the Clarke Kennedy Lecture Theatre, which seats 120 people comfortably. Our meeting rooms and boardroom are available whenever you need to host clients or partners.
