The original brickwork catches everyone's eye, especially in the afternoon when sunlight streams through those massive windows we kept from the building's textile days. We've transformed this Chadderton landmark into flexible spaces that work brilliantly for both corporate meetings and celebrations. The Heritage 1907 venue regularly hosts everything from board meetings to wedding receptions, with room for up to 200 guests. We've kept the industrial character intact - those soaring ceilings and exposed brick walls create an atmosphere you won't find in a standard conference center. Our meeting rooms come ready with high-speed internet and display screens, while the boardrooms feature the original mill windows that flood the space with natural light. Running a business here ourselves, we understand what our clients need. That's why we've installed air conditioning throughout, added double-glazing to the original window frames, and equipped each space with modern data points. Our reception team handles the daily details, from greeting your guests to coordinating with our 1907 Café for catering. The café has become a favorite spot for informal meetings over coffee. Getting here couldn't be easier - we're right off the M60, making the journey from Manchester City Centre or Oldham town centre straightforward. Our secure parking area means your guests won't circle the block looking for spaces. We've also maintained the original goods lift alongside two passenger lifts, which proves particularly useful when bringing in equipment for larger events. Whether you're planning a training session, corporate function, or private party, we work with you to configure the space to match your needs. The gym on-site even lets regular tenants squeeze in a workout between meetings.
