When you step through the double-height reception at Regus - Birmingham, Edmund House, you'll find yourself in one of Birmingham's most practical business spaces. We're based at 12-22 Newhall Street, right in the Colmore Business District, which means you're genuinely just minutes from both New Street and Snow Hill stations. Our workspace spans the first and second floors, offering private offices for teams who need their own space and open-plan coworking areas where professionals from different companies work alongside each other. We've designed three meeting rooms that work perfectly for groups of 4 to 6 people - they're the rooms our members book most often for client presentations and team catch-ups. Every workspace comes with high-speed internet as standard, and we keep the entire building air-conditioned year-round. The kitchen facilities on each floor mean you don't have to leave the building for lunch, though with Purnell's and Adam's restaurants nearby, many of our members take clients there for working lunches. We've made sure the building is fully accessible with disabled access throughout. For those cycling to work, we provide secure bicycle storage, and if you drive, there's underground parking available. Our 24/7 video security means members with their own offices can access their workspace whenever they need to. The breakout areas scattered throughout give you somewhere to step away from your desk, and our on-site café saves that morning coffee run. Our customers particularly appreciate our helpful reception team, who know most members by name and help coordinate everything from accepting deliveries to booking meeting rooms. While some have mentioned wanting more plug sockets in the meeting rooms, we're always looking at ways to improve the space based on what our members tell us. Whether you need a permanent office, occasional meeting space, or somewhere to work a few days a week, we've structured our options to fit different working patterns.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that could have been better was the plug socket access - Even running an extension lead onto the tables would be easier.
