The exposed brick walls in our common areas create an interesting backdrop for pre-meeting conversations, and our team can arrange catering when you need working lunches or coffee service. We offer several meeting room configurations depending on your needs. The smaller rooms work well for interviews or one-on-one client meetings, while our larger spaces accommodate team workshops and training sessions. Each room includes comfortable seating and natural light from the windows overlooking the square. Our reception team handles the details Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, from greeting your guests to ensuring the room setup matches your requirements. The location puts you half a mile from Stanford University, with easy access from Highway 101. We have on-site parking, which anyone familiar with Palo Alto knows is worth its weight in gold. Many of our clients appreciate being able to grab coffee at the nearby cafes between meetings or decompress at the movie theater across the square after a long day of negotiations.
