From our vantage point above Borough Market, we watch traders arrange their displays while St Paul's Cathedral and The Shard frame the London skyline beyond. Our kitchen team arrives early to prepare the day's British classics—perhaps perfecting those Scotch eggs that regulars request by name, or slow-roasting one of our six Sunday roast variations. Everything on our seasonal menu comes from farmers and producers we know personally, many from the market directly below us. The beef Wellington uses meat from a specific Yorkshire farm, while our acclaimed breakfast ingredients arrive fresh each morning from trusted suppliers across Britain. The natural light that floods our contemporary dining room creates an atmosphere that changes throughout the day. Morning business breakfasts give way to leisurely lunches, then evening celebrations where our innovative cocktails flow freely at the bar. We've hosted countless weddings and civil partnerships here—the entire space transforms beautifully for 120 seated guests or 180 standing for cocktail receptions. Our flexible layout works perfectly for different occasions. The bar area holds 45 guests for drinks receptions, while our semi-private dining section seats 70 for more intimate gatherings. Corporate groups book us for speaker events and breakfast briefings, taking advantage of both our peaceful setting above the market chaos and our proximity to London Bridge. We're available for exclusive or semi-exclusive hire seven days a week, adapting our beloved British dining room to create exactly the celebration you envision.
