We've created something different at room2 Southampton - the world's first hometel that gives you all the flexibility of your own place plus the perks of hotel living. Our 71 rooms face either Queens Park or the harbour, and each one comes with a proper kitchen where you can cook whatever you fancy, a king-size bed that actually fits two people comfortably, and enough space to spread out your work or just kick back after a long day. Our Drawing Room works brilliantly for meetings. We designed it to feel less corporate boardroom and more like gathering in someone's living room - it fits up to 12 people comfortably, though we also use it for smaller groups of 8 when you need something more informal. Business travelers tell us they appreciate having a proper meeting space without having to leave the building. Throughout the day, Winnie's Café & Bar serves food made with ingredients from local suppliers - we're open from 8am right through to 10pm. Our studio gym means you can keep up your routine, and we've put in a self-service laundry so you don't have to pack your entire wardrobe. The private parking includes EV charging points, which more and more of our guests are using these days. We built this place for people who need more than a standard hotel room - whether you're here for a two-day business trip, organizing a small seminar, or staying for several weeks while working on a project. Your pets are welcome too, and our members can check in and out on a 24-hour basis rather than being tied to traditional hotel times. It's accommodation that works around your schedule, not the other way around.
