Über RX London - Hilsdon House
The music still echoes through Denmark Place, and we're right in the middle of it all at Hilsdon House. Our office spaces sit within the Outernet development, where the legendary Tin Pan Alley meets modern London business life. We occupy three floors of contemporary workspace above a complex that pulses with energy - there's Château Denmark hotel below us, thirteen bars and restaurants throughout the development, three live music venues, two pop-up shops, and an immersive experiential venue featuring 360-degree 8k screens. It's quite something when your lunch break can include world-class entertainment just an elevator ride away. Our offices themselves are designed for today's working patterns. We've equipped each floor with fibre connectivity that actually works, proper air conditioning for those London summers, and LED lighting throughout. The raised flooring means we can adapt cable runs and power points as teams grow and change. We know the little things matter too - that's why we've installed secure cycle storage and showers for those who bike in, and our CCTV and 24/7 access mean you can work whenever inspiration strikes. Natural light floods in from our windows overlooking this historic corner of Soho, and when the new Crossrail station opened at Tottenham Court Road, our connectivity transformed overnight. The passenger lifts make moving between floors effortless, whether you're heading to a meeting or down to grab coffee from one of the cafes below. We find ourselves attracting creative businesses and tech companies who appreciate working somewhere with genuine character. The self-managed setup means you control your own space completely - brand it, configure it, run it exactly how you want. Your monthly fee covers everything, leaving you free to focus on what you do best.
