Our three 30-person offices span approximately 1,200 square feet each, and we work with you to configure the desk arrangements exactly how your team operates best. Each floor comes with its own private breakout area where impromptu brainstorms happen over coffee, a fully equipped kitchen for those team lunches, and glass-fronted meeting rooms that fit 6 to 12 people comfortably. What makes us different is the flexibility we offer growing companies. Need more than one floor? We can provide the entire building - that's three full floors of workspace plus our fourth-floor breakout area complete with an outdoor terrace. Teams taking the whole building get their own private entrance, creating a true headquarters feel in the heart of SE1. Throughout the building, we've included the essentials that modern teams need: meeting rooms you can book without hassle, phone booths for private calls, and plenty of informal spaces where the best ideas often emerge.
