Our rooftop space at Malmaison Manchester Deansgate transforms throughout the evening - what starts as a sophisticated dining room becomes an atmospheric party destination as our resident DJs take over and the city lights sparkle below. We've designed our pan-Asian menu specifically for social occasions. Our sushi chefs prepare fresh nigiri and sashimi throughout service, while our robatayaki grill turns out miso-glazed skewers and other small plates perfect for sharing.
