Each room features the audio-visual equipment you'd expect - projectors, screens, microphones - all maintained by our technical team who are on hand throughout your event. We've hosted everything from small board meetings to large-scale conferences, and our spaces adapt remarkably well to different setups. When it comes to keeping your delegates energized, our catering team prepares everything on-site. We can arrange working lunches with fresh sandwiches and salads for quick turnarounds, or if you're planning something more formal, we serve three-course meals in our dining spaces. Coffee breaks happen right outside your meeting room, so there's no time lost wandering through corridors. During the summer months, we open up Phoenix Brewery Halls of Residence for overnight guests - particularly convenient for multi-day conferences or when you're bringing delegates from across the country. The rooms are simple but comfortable, just a short walk from the main conference facilities. Our events team handles the logistics while you focus on your content. We offer both day delegate rates that include everything you need, or simple room hire if you prefer managing your own catering. The venue works equally well for training workshops, academic seminars, corporate conferences, or exhibition events where you need that extra space for displays and networking. Being minutes from Brighton station and the seafront means your delegates can easily combine business with a breath of sea air between sessions.
