Right at the corner of 3rd and Fairfax, we've built SPACES Fairfax to be the kind of workspace where real business happens. Our location in the Miracle Mile District puts you among some of LA's most active professionals - from the real estate agencies on the third floor to the law firms and PR consultants you'll meet in the elevator. We designed our meeting rooms with actual work in mind. Each space comes with super-fast Wi-Fi that can handle video conferences without breaking a sweat, and we've furnished them with tables and chairs that keep everyone comfortable during those longer strategy sessions. The private offices work just as well for confidential client meetings, while our open areas give you options when you need a change of scenery between sessions. What makes us particularly useful for meetings is our 24/7 access - we know business doesn't always happen between nine and five.
