The Tea Factory's red brick walls have watched Liverpool transform from maritime powerhouse to creative capital, and now we're part of that story at SPACES - Liverpool, Ropeworks. Here on the fourth floor of 301 St Peters Square, we've carved out workspaces that respect the building's industrial heritage while giving you everything a modern business needs. Our exposed brick and steel framework creates an atmosphere where creative professionals naturally gravitate. The original factory architecture provides the backdrop for private offices that accommodate teams of up to nine people, alongside our open-plan coworking areas where freelancers and startups work side by side. We've installed under-floor heating throughout, so even in January you'll be comfortable while you work. Meeting rooms come equipped with whiteboards and flipcharts for brainstorming sessions, presentations, or client workshops. When you need a break from focused work, our on-site bar and lounge areas offer space to decompress or strike up conversations with other members. The manned reception desk handles your post and greets your guests, while our printing and scanning facilities mean you're never stuck without essential services. We know flexibility matters, which is why we provide 24-hour secure access to all members. Whether you're preparing for an early morning pitch or working late on a deadline, the space is yours whenever you need it. Our catering service can arrange everything from morning coffee to full business lunches, and yes, we do proper power breakfasts too.
