At Speak Up London, we've transformed our Oxford Street language school into a versatile meeting space that works brilliantly for training sessions and professional gatherings. Our 12 modern classrooms double as meeting rooms, with five specifically available for hourly or daily hire right in the heart of central London. The smaller rooms comfortably accommodate up to 16 people, while our larger spaces can host groups of 25. Each room comes equipped with everything you need for productive meetings: free high-speed Wi-Fi, projectors, PCs, and whiteboards are all included in your booking. We've recently renovated all our spaces, so you'll find clean, well-maintained rooms that create the right professional atmosphere for your training needs. What sets us apart is our building's additional amenities. During breaks, your attendees can step out onto our garden terrace for fresh air, or grab refreshments from the vending machines in our waiting room. We also have a dedicated student lounge and study centre that can serve as informal breakout spaces. Being right on Oxford Street means we're incredibly easy to reach - Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road tube stations are just minutes away. Our clients particularly appreciate this central location for bringing teams together from across London. We charge £56 per hour for room hire, with a 10% discount available for full-day bookings (minimum 6 hours). There's a £50 refundable deposit to cover cleaning and any repairs. According to recent feedback, our attention to detail and ability to accommodate special requests really make a difference, though we're working on improving our pre-booking communication. As a British Council accredited institution and member of English UK, we understand what makes an effective learning and meeting environment.

This was a great experience all around. They were sensitive to all of our special requests and attention to detail was fantastic. Communication prior to check it was spotty other than that very happy with the experience.
