Our ground floor operates as an open-plan coworking environment where start-ups and creative teams settle into high-spec furnished workspaces. The atmosphere here stays relaxed yet professional - we've found it particularly suits companies who appreciate working surrounded by the latest technology while maintaining that collaborative energy. Individual hot desks or dedicated desk banks accommodate different team sizes and working styles. Downstairs, our lower ground floor transforms into a technology showcase and meeting hub. The Lounge and The Snug serve dual purposes - functioning as bookable meeting rooms for workspace members while also hosting demonstrations of our integrated meeting room solutions. Here, clients experience firsthand how advanced audio systems, smart automation, and lighting technologies perform in real commercial settings. Our Dolby Atmos private cinema demonstrates the full potential of immersive audio for those considering similar installations. Supporting amenities include shower facilities, two toilets, and an additional kitchen area on the lower level. The building's sound systems and furnishings reflect the same attention to quality we bring to our audiovisual consultancy work. Meeting rooms remain accessible to desk renters throughout the day, with external booking available for technology demonstrations and client consultations.
