When we created this workspace in Penarth Marina, we wanted somewhere that actually helped people think differently, not just another bland office block. Our building houses over 30 private offices across different sizes, each one fully furnished and ready to go. But it's the meeting rooms that really shine for collaborative sessions. We designed them specifically to get creative juices flowing – comfortable seating, plenty of natural light, and whiteboards that actually clean properly (you'd be surprised how rare that is). You can book them by the hour or take them for the full day, whatever works for your team. The 1Gb fibre connection means video calls run smoothly, and we keep the bean-to-cup coffee flowing all day because we know that's fuel for good ideas. Our on-site gym helps clear heads between sessions – complete with showers and changing rooms for those who squeeze in a lunchtime workout. Reception handles the small stuff so you can focus on the big picture, and with 24-hour access and security, early birds and night owls can work on their own schedule. We're pretty proud that the whole building runs on renewable electricity from our solar panels and green energy suppliers. The heating and air conditioning keep everyone comfortable year-round, and being just five minutes' walk from the train station makes it easy for teams traveling from Cardiff or further afield.
