Our three-floor workspace at TechSpace Union Square spans over 60,000 square feet right at 41 E 11th St, where tech companies and startups have made this corner of Manhattan their home. The building's centerpiece—a dramatic three-floor interior staircase—connects our community across all levels, making it easy for teams to collaborate between floors. We've designed 105 private office suites throughout the space, with 585 individual workstations that accommodate everyone from solo entrepreneurs to growing teams. Each windowed office gets plenty of natural light, and the original hardwood floors add warmth to the modern tech environment. Our meeting rooms range from intimate spaces for client calls to larger rooms where you can pitch to investors or host team workshops. The kitchen on each floor stays stocked with coffee and tea, becoming a natural gathering spot where our members often strike up conversations that lead to partnerships. Our reception team greets your visitors professionally while you prep in one of the conference rooms.
