The apple trees stretch as far as you can see at Teybrook Orchard, where we've created something special across our 20 acres of Essex woodland. We're tucked away from everything, which means your party gets the whole place to itself—no neighbors to worry about, just you and your guests under the stars. Our bohemian-lined marquee holds up to 120 people and sits right at the heart of the orchard. During the day, light filters through the canvas while at night, festoon lights create that perfect party glow. We've seen everything from wild birthday celebrations to relaxed corporate retreats happen here, and the 60ft x 30ft space works brilliantly whether you're dining, dancing, or presenting. What makes parties here different is that your guests can actually stay overnight. We've got luxury bell tents dotted through the trees, proper Mongolian yurts that sleep families, a converted grain silo (yes, really—it's surprisingly cozy), and our shepherd's hut perched on the hill. Each one comes with its own fire pit and outdoor seating area. Up to 40 people can sleep over, which means the party keeps going long after midnight. The communal kitchen has everything you need, including our wood-fired pizza oven that becomes the social hub most evenings. There's a bar area we can stock for you, and our woodland hot tub sits in a clearing where you can soak while listening to owls. We work with local caterers who know the space well, or you're welcome to bring your own food and drinks. For ceremonies, we clear a space beneath the apple trees where couples exchange vows with branches creating a natural canopy above. The whole site becomes yours—from the orchard paths perfect for arrival drinks to the woodland clearings where late-night conversations happen around fire pits. Parking's never an issue; we've got plenty of space for everyone.
